What Working Here Is Actually Like
This is hands-on residential construction. Some days are framing and sheathing. Other days are windows, siding, decks, doors, trim, punch-list work, or helping another trade keep the project moving. We expect people to show up when they say they will, protect the customer’s home, work safely, and speak up before a small problem becomes an expensive one.
We are not looking for someone who claims to know everything. We are looking for honest skill, steady effort, good judgment, and a willingness to learn.
