What you actually get
You’re planning a $50,000, $150,000, maybe $300,000 project. You have questions you can’t get straight answers to — because every contractor you talk to is trying to win the job.
This call is for homeowners who are working with another contractor — or haven’t hired anyone yet — and want honest, unbiased advice before they commit. If you’re getting a quote from Lagace Construction, that’s always free. This is for everything else: reviewing someone else’s bid, mapping out a project, figuring out if an ADU makes sense for your property. No sales pitch. No agenda.
✓ Is this estimate fair?
Send me the quote before the call. I’ll tell you what’s right, what’s missing, and where you’re getting overcharged.
✓ Where do I even start?
Planning a renovation but don’t know the right order of operations? We’ll map out your project from permits to punchlist.
✓ Is this contractor legit?
I’ll help you vet them — license check, contract red flags, what questions to ask before you sign anything.
