How long does new home construction take?
A typical 2,500 sq ft Connecticut new build runs 9-14 months from groundbreaking through certificate of occupancy. Permitting and design can add 2-6 months at the front depending on your town.
Do you handle land purchase or development?
We don't buy land for clients, but we can recommend trusted realtors and assess prospective lots for buildability, septic feasibility, and town zoning constraints before you close.
Can I do a "shell only" build?
Yes. We can deliver a weather-tight shell (foundation, framing, roof, siding, windows) and let you finish the interior with your own contractors or DIY.
