Hi, I'm Scott Lagace.
I started Lagace Construction with one goal: build homes the way I'd build them for my own family. Twenty-five years later, I'm still hands-on every day — running crews on home additions, kitchen remodels, custom garages, and full new-home builds across Hartford and Tolland Counties.
Our carpenters, framers, and finishers are Lagace people. Not subcontractors hired off Craigslist. That continuity is why our projects come in on time, on budget, and built like they should be.
If you're hiring us, you're hiring me. I'll be at your kickoff meeting, I'll be at the framing inspection, and I'll be at your final walkthrough. That's the deal.
