Curb appeal. Built to last.
Vinyl, fiber-cement, and engineered wood siding installations across Hartford and Tolland Counties. CertainTeed and James Hardie partner installer with full insulation upgrades available.

New siding = new house, without moving.
The right siding does three things: protects your home from Connecticut weather, lowers your heating and cooling bills, and dramatically improves curb appeal and resale value. The wrong siding does none of those well.
We install vinyl (lowest cost, lowest maintenance), fiber-cement (premium look, 50-year warranty), and engineered wood siding. Every install includes proper house-wrap, insulation upgrades where appropriate, and matched soffit/fascia/trim.
- Vinyl siding (CertainTeed, Mastic, Alside)
- Fiber-cement siding (James Hardie installer)
- Engineered wood siding (LP SmartSide)
- Insulation upgrades during siding install
- Soffit, fascia, and trim replacement
- Window and door re-trimming during install
- Permit handling and inspections

Common questions.
How much does new siding cost in Connecticut?
A typical 2,000 sq ft house runs $14,000-$28,000 for vinyl siding, $25,000-$50,000 for fiber-cement, and $20,000-$40,000 for engineered wood. Adding insulation upgrades runs +$3,000-$8,000.
Vinyl vs fiber-cement?
Vinyl is half the price, faster to install, and lower maintenance. Fiber-cement (Hardie) is more durable, looks more like real wood, holds paint longer, and adds more resale value. For long-term homes, fiber-cement pays back. For shorter holds, vinyl is fine.
Will new siding lower my heating bill?
Modestly, on its own. Combined with a foam-board insulation upgrade or wall-cavity insulation during install, you can see 10-20% reductions in heating costs. We'll tell you whether the upgrade pencils out for your house.
