Roofs built for New England.
Full asphalt shingle, architectural, and metal roof replacements across Hartford and Tolland Counties. CertainTeed certified, fully insured, and built to handle Connecticut snow and ice.

A new roof — done in a day, built to last 30 years.
A residential roof replacement isn't just about new shingles. It's about ice-and-water shield at the eaves, proper flashing at chimneys and valleys, drip edge along every rake, ridge vent for proper attic ventilation, and clean cleanup that doesn't leave nails in your driveway.
We tear off the old roof, inspect the decking, replace any rotten plywood, install ice barrier, and shingle the new roof — typically in a single day for an average home.

Common questions.
How much does a new roof cost in Connecticut?
A typical 1,500-2,000 sq ft asphalt shingle re-roof runs $9,000-$18,000. Architectural shingles run $14,000-$24,000. Premium shingles or metal roofs run $25,000-$60,000.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most single-family roofs are torn off and replaced in 1-2 days. Larger or steeper homes may take 3-4 days. We work around weather and tarp at the end of each day if not finished.
Do I need to replace the decking too?
Sometimes. We tear off the old roof first, then inspect every square foot of decking. If we find rot, soft spots, or damaged plywood, we replace it before laying new shingles. We give you a per-sheet price upfront so there are no surprises.
